An unusual
collaboration between Parker Duofold and the Japanese
craftsman, this "Bamboo Panda" used the maki-e
technique to decorate the writing instrument.
Painted with precious metal dust onto natural resin,
every piece of the 150 productions in 2007 is a true and
unique work of art. Its design combines imagery of
peace, purity and strength through a delicate textured
Giant Panda with her baby and golden stems of bamboo.
Writing instrument in MINT condition i.e
uninked nor dipped; completes with boxes and paperworks,
the limited edition is fitted with a 18kt nib.
